Thanks for using LawnCalendar. By using this website or signing up for an emailed lawn calendar, you agree to these terms.
What LawnCalendar is
LawnCalendar is a free, individually-operated website that generates a personalized 12-month lawn care calendar from your ZIP code. It is provided "as-is" for informational purposes.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. If you are between 13 and 18, please use it with a parent or guardian's knowledge.
The calendar is guidance, not professional advice
The dates and tasks in your calendar are estimates derived from regional best-practice templates, USDA hardiness zones, and 30-year NOAA climate normals. Local conditions — including microclimates, irrigation, soil type, shade, grass species mix, and current-year weather — can shift the right timing by days or weeks. Always read product labels and follow local regulations before applying any fertilizer, herbicide, fungicide, or pesticide.
No professional liability
LawnCalendar is not a licensed turfgrass agronomist, pesticide applicator, or lawn-care professional. We assume no liability for outcomes resulting from your application of any product recommended on this website or in the PDF. When in doubt, consult your state cooperative extension service or a certified local professional.

Product recommendations
We make our best effort to recommend currently-available products from reputable manufacturers, but we cannot guarantee a specific product's continued availability, performance, or safety. Always check the product label and any applicator restrictions in your state before purchase or use.
When you provide your email address, we use it to deliver the PDF you requested and, possibly, a small number of future emails about new features or feedback requests. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. We never sell or rent your email.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service. Specifically: don't submit other people's email addresses, don't attempt to overwhelm the servers, don't scrape product affiliate links to mask your own affiliate tags, and don't use the calendar for any unlawful purpose. We may rate-limit or block IP addresses, email addresses, or regions that abuse the service.
Intellectual property
The LawnCalendar name, logo, regional schedule templates, written content, and PDF layout are copyrighted. You may share the PDF you receive with friends, neighbors, and family for personal use. You may not republish, resell, or rebrand the content.
Changes
We may update these terms as the project evolves. Material changes will be announced via email to active subscribers.
Disclaimer of warranties
LAWNCALENDAR IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY SPECIFIC OUTCOME WILL OCCUR FROM FOLLOWING THE RECOMMENDATIONS.
Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LAWNCALENDAR'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO $25 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
